If the G44 doesn't deliver for you, send it back and we refund your money. You can request a refund within the guarantee period PENDIENTE from delivery.

How it works

1. Give the G44 a fair try: at least 8 starts and about 60 miles so it can learn your engine.

2. If it doesn't deliver for you, contact us on WhatsApp or by email with your order number.

3. Send the chip back to the address we give you. Return shipping PENDIENTE.

4. Once we receive it, we refund your payment to the original method within PENDIENTE business days.

Damaged or defective items

If your G44 arrives damaged or stops working, we replace it at no cost.
