Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to Florida and Tennessee. Orders with a shipping address in any other state can't be placed yet; more states are coming soon.

Shipping cost and times

Free shipping. Orders are processed within PENDIENTE business days and delivered within PENDIENTE business days. Carrier PENDIENTE.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we send the tracking number by text message or email.

Problems with delivery

If your package is late, damaged or lost, contact us and we will make it right.
